The free 2-minute check
The six official screening questions clinicians start with. No email needed to see your result, and your answers never leave your browser.
How it works
Answer honestly
Five validated screening questionnaires: about 70 questions, 12 to 15 minutes, one question per screen. No timers, progress saved as you go.
Get your profile
Your answers are scored against the same published cutoffs clinics use, across ADHD symptoms now, childhood history, anxiety, mood and autism traits.
Bring it to your GP
A clear, personalised PDF report that organises the whole picture, so your GP conversation starts miles ahead of “I think I might have ADHD”.
Why this exists
A private adult ADHD assessment in Ireland costs €800 to €1,500, and public waiting lists are years long. Most people don't need to start there; they need a structured, honest first step. That first step shouldn't cost four figures.
Who's behind it
ADHD Mind was built by Éanna Healy, author of Understanding ADHD. Not a doctor, and he won't pretend to be one. Lived experience, validated instruments, and straight answers about what a screening can and can't tell you.
See exactly what you'd get
No mystery about the product: read a complete sample report before spending a cent. Every score explained, what it does and doesn't mean, and the guide for what to do next in Ireland.

This is a self-report screening tool, not a medical diagnosis. The questionnaires used here are the same validated screening instruments used in clinics, but only a qualified clinician can diagnose ADHD or any other condition. Your report is designed to help you have a better-informed conversation with your GP.
