The free 2-minute check
The six official screening questions clinicians start with. No email needed to see your result, and your answers never leave your browser.
Sound familiar?
You think about replying every day. It has been two weeks now.
You cleaned the whole flat rather than make the phone call.
The washing sat in the machine so long you had to run it again.
You put it somewhere safe. You have not seen it since.
You were busy all day and can't name one thing you actually finished.
Your head is full of ideas. Starting any of them feels impossible.
Everyone recognises a few, sometimes. If they have been landing for years, and costing you, there are fifty more where those came from, and an honest way to find out what they mean.
How it works
Answer honestly
Four validated screening questionnaires: about 60 questions, 12 to 15 minutes, one question per screen. No timers, progress saved as you go.
Get your profile
Your answers are scored against the same published cutoffs clinics use, across ADHD symptoms now, childhood history, anxiety and mood.
Bring it to your GP
A clear, personalised PDF report that organises the whole picture, so the conversation with your GP, or the therapist you already see, starts miles ahead of “I think I might have ADHD”.
Why this exists
A private adult ADHD assessment in Ireland costs €800 to €1,500, and public waiting lists are years long. Most people don't need to start there; they need a structured, honest first step. That first step shouldn't cost four figures.
Who's behind it
ADHD Mind was built by Éanna Healy, author of Understanding ADHD. Not a doctor, and he won't pretend to be one. Lived experience, validated instruments, and straight answers about what a screening can and can't tell you.
Clinic-standard questions
Validated instruments, including the WHO adult ADHD screen, scored to published cutoffs.
Built from lived experience
ADHD Mind was created by a founder who has struggled with ADHD themselves.
Secure checkout by Stripe
You pay on Stripe's own secure page. Your card details never touch our servers.
Privacy by design
Your answers are deleted as soon as your report is generated, and your report link expires after 30 days.
Irish registered company
Revival Point Ltd, registered in Limerick, Ireland. VAT is included in the price.
Full refund, no questions
If your report does not arrive or does not open, you get a full refund.
Inside Your ADHD Mind Profile
A structured screening report that turns years of scattered wondering into something a clinician can use. Built to be printed, highlighted and kept: the folder you bring to your assessment. No mystery about the product either; read a complete sample before spending a cent.

Your cover
Your name, your date. The start of the folder you bring to your assessment.

Your summary, at a glance
Every screen as a gauge, with the published cutoffs marked.

The picture your answers paint
Your pattern reflected back in plain language, before any numbers.

Every scale, explained
Your score, what it means, and just as deliberately, what it doesn't.

Your life, in your words
Your answers quoted exactly as you typed them. No software interprets them.

This is a self-report screening tool, not a medical diagnosis. The questionnaires used here are the same validated screening instruments used in clinics, but only a qualified clinician can diagnose ADHD or any other condition. Your report is designed to help you have a better-informed conversation with your GP.
