Do I need to know whether I have ADHD?

No. You can read, try the writing prompts or look for support while you are still unsure. These tools do not establish a diagnosis, and difficulties can have different explanations.

What is free, and what costs money?

The articles, screening, on-screen result and full report are free. Writing and copying your preparation notes is free too. The optional €19 pack adds PDF downloads, the Ireland guide and the ebook. One payment, VAT included, with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Do I have to give my email?

Not to read, see a screening result or write preparation notes. An email address is needed if you request your report or buy a download. Optional marketing is a separate choice.
