Terms of use

The deal, in writing

Who you are dealing with

ADHD Mind (adhdmind.ie) is operated by Revival Point Ltd (CRO 654924), Fairlands, Ballinacurra Road, Limerick, Ireland, trading as ADHD Mind, a Revival Mind service. Questions, problems and refund requests: hello@adhdmind.ie, and a real person answers. You can also phone us on 061 424765 (+353 61 424765 from outside Ireland).

What the service is, and is not

ADHD Mind is a structured self-report screening service. It administers validated screening questionnaires with their published scoring rules and generates a personalised report designed to support a conversation with a GP or an assessing clinician. It is not a diagnosis, not a medical device, not medical advice, and no clinician reviews your individual results. Only a qualified clinician can diagnose ADHD or any other condition. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of anything in this service. If you are in crisis, contact Samaritans (116 123), text HELLO to 50808 in Ireland or SHOUT to 85258 in the UK, or call 112 or 999; this service is not an emergency resource.

Who may use it

Adults aged 18 and over. The screening instruments and the information pages are written for adults; children's screening works differently and belongs with your GP.

Prices, delivery and your withdrawal right

The assessment is free to take. Reports cost the price shown at checkout (the full report is free; the appointment bundle is €9 at the time of writing), including VAT at 23%. Payment is processed by Stripe; your card statement will show our descriptor (currently REVIVALMINDADHD). Reports are digital content delivered by email link within minutes, and links expire after 30 days. By purchasing, you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, once your report has been generated and delivered, the standard 14-day EU withdrawal right no longer applies to it. Alongside that legal position sits our own promise, which is simpler: if your report does not arrive or will not open, you get a full refund, no questions asked, by replying to your delivery email.

Your answers, and inviting an informant

The value of your report depends on answering honestly; the scoring applies published rules to whatever you enter. If you use a Premium informant link, choose the recipient yourself and choose carefully: their words appear in your appendix verbatim, and sending them the link is your decision. How we handle all data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your report is yours

You may download, print, and share your report and appendix with whoever you choose, including your GP and any clinician. The service's content, design and question presentation otherwise remain the property of Revival Point Ltd and the respective instrument copyright holders, whose attributions appear where their instruments are used.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a screening result without appropriate professional advice; the service exists precisely to route you toward that advice.

The boring but binding bits

These terms are governed by Irish law, and Irish courts have jurisdiction; nothing removes protections you hold as an EU consumer. If we change these terms, the new version appears here with a new date and applies to purchases made after it. Effective date: 21 July 2026.
