One useful next step.
If you are curious about ADHD, or tired of finding things difficult, you do not have to work everything out today. Start with the part that would help you most.
Start with the question that matters to you
You do not need to be sure you have ADHD. You might want to understand something you have noticed, find practical support, or explore an assessment. Choose one of those for now.
Write down one real example
Choose something you would like help with. What happened, roughly when, and how did it affect your day? A few lines in your own words are enough. You can keep them privately or use the free notes tool. You do not need to send them to us.
Choose the kind of help you want next
If you want someone to talk to or practical support, start with the support directory. If you are considering an assessment, read about the options before deciding. In Ireland, these include private and online services as well as the public route through a GP. Ask each service what it requires and what is included before booking.
Make the next step small
Write one action you can return to: read one guide, save a useful contact, or write one question for an appointment. You can stop there today. If you speak with someone, keep a note of what was agreed and any question you still have.
This is information and preparation, not a diagnosis or a clinical assessment. The service directory and assessment routes cover Ireland.
