The ADHD Mind companion
Understand a little.
Try one thing.
The website helps you explore the ADHD question and prepare for a conversation. The book gives that experience more room. The app brings practical tools into the moment you need them.
The iPhone app is currently being tested through TestFlight. It is not yet a public App Store release. Existing invited testers can update it in TestFlight.
One thing, with a finish time.
Deadline is the app's full-screen timer. Name one thing, choose a duration and see the time left. At the end, decide whether to finish, continue or leave a note for later.
You can also park an idea, choose a small first step and keep a flexible routine with a lighter version for harder days.
Without the app: write down one small action and use a timer you already have. Decide what happens next when it ends.
The book, at your pace.
Understanding the ADHD Mind, by Éanna Healy, is available as the final September 2026 EPUB edition. The website sample and purchased download use that same edition.
The current TestFlight app includes offline reading, adjustable text and a saved reading position. Relevant chapters lead to tools such as Deadline and conversation preparation. There is no narrated audiobook in the app.

Use the website to organise examples and questions before an appointment. In the app, work back from your appointment time, prepare what you want to say and keep your own notes.
The website and app are separate. Your screening answers, purchases and notes do not automatically transfer between them. Share only what you choose.
Try preparation on the websiteTake a quiet moment.
You can pause without doing anything else. If you prefer sound, Revival Harmony is Éanna's separate listening app, with sounds and breathing features to explore at your own pace.
Choose what feels comfortable, including silence. This is optional listening support, with no claim that a particular frequency treats ADHD. The link opens the App Store listing, not a specific session.

The companion app stores notes and drafts on your device, with no account or cloud sync. You can export a readable copy; import and restore are not yet available. App data is excluded from device backups, so keep an export if you need a copy elsewhere.
Book access in this beta does not establish the public app's future price or purchase arrangements. Website purchases continue to include the downloads described at checkout.
ADHD Mind offers education and personal preparation. It does not diagnose ADHD or provide individual treatment.
