Ask your GP about your local adult mental health service and onward referral to an ADHD team. Access and waits depend on the local service. A GP appointment may have a fee. The public programme does not publish one live national waiting-time estimate.

- Ask your GP and the clinic about ongoing care. Do not assume a GP will take over prescribing.
